Hadis Ensafi (b. 1998, Tehran) is an interdisciplinary artist based in the UK. She holds an MFA in Fine Art from Birmingham School of Art and works across drawing, textile, print, and installation.
Her practice centres on translating mental and emotional states into form and atmosphere. Through abstract, organic shapes, she creates immersive works that evoke psychological and surreal spaces, both intimate and distant.
Material experimentation is key to her approach. Each work emerges from a specific idea or feeling, guiding her choice of medium and process.
She considers making as a meditative act, transforming inner experiences into physical form. Often using a monochrome palette, her work invites quiet reflection, creating spaces of stillness and emotional resonance.
